In case of dissatisfaction from our services, Gemini Geeks Technologies Pvt Ltd offers its clients the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund. Moreover, Gemini Geeks Technologies Pvt Ltd also reserve the right to cancel any project which it seems is not viable to be continued. Before cancelling any project, Gemini Geeks will discuss any applicable refunds with the client.
Cancellation of service renewals for website hosting or domain registration services must be made at least 14 business days prior to the end of the current service period.
In case of the online payment cancellations done against the payments made using the Credit card, the refund amount after deducting the cancellation charges as applicable will be credited back to the same credit card used while paying for the project within 4 to 5 working days from the date of cancellation and if it was through Net banking then the refund amount will be credited back to the same bank account within 10-15 working days.
